Dear Homeowners,

“I was born to be a franchise owner!” I earned my BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, and my Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from Bowie State University.

Prior to purchasing The Maids Home Serves Franchise in the Manassas, VA area, I spent four years as the Director of Quality Improvement for Catholic Charities, USA; three years as the Director of Training Services for New Pathways, Inc; and a host of additional positions that ultimately prepared me for what I do today.

My education and work experience taught me that premium customer service should be the most important aspect of any organization, and that is why I consider great customer service to be the cornerstone of my franchise!
